You should take all the figures to the opposite side of river with only one boat.
Here are the requires:
1.There must be one figure on boat at least when the boat is moving;
2.At both sides, The number of men must be no less than ghosts,otherwise men would be eaten by ghosts and you would lost the game;
3.After take all the figures to the opposite side,you will win the game.
